Brian Maguire

Chief Operating Officer

Brian Maguire is the Chief Operating Officer of Teledyne Marine. He has over 25 years of experience building businesses, leading global transformations, and improving execution across many industries.

Prior to joining Teledyne, Brian was the Senior Product Line Director of Cybersecurity Technology at Analog Devices (ADI). Before ADI, he was Vice President of the Program Office at Sypris Electronics, a niche Aerospace & Defense Security Company. Prior to Sypris, Brian was President of The Capra Group, his own consulting firm specializing in business transformation and change leadership based upon applying the Toyota Production System. Blue-chip clients included: GE Capital, Allied Signal, Honeywell, Raytheon, and GlaxoSmithKline. Before starting his own firm, Brian worked for Deloitte and Digital Equipment Corporation in various leadership roles that shaped his career.

Brian graduated from Boston College with an undergraduate degree in Economics, and Boston University with an MBA. He also earned Executive Certificates in Strategy and Innovation from MI​T and Strategic Marketing from Columbia University. Early in his career, Brian graduated from Digital Equipment Corporation's Financial Development Program and became a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
