Repairs and Servicing

If you wish to send an item to Teledyne Cormon for repair or servicing please ensure that it is sent with a Return for Service or Repair form. You must complete and sign Part 1 of this form and send it with the equipment. For safety reasons we cannot process returned goods without this document.
