The Bowtech Surveyor SD II is a standard definition analogue video camera with selectable NTSC and PAL formats outputting a 16:9 aspect ratio picture. It has a 30:1 optical zoom and is designed to carry out detailed video inspection work with its close-up video capabilities.
The camera has a 72° wide viewing angle and range of light sensitivity controls, including manual and automatically adjustable focus and iris settings. The camera comes complete with a true wide dynamic range to maximise video quality in a low-light environment.
The Surveyor SD II camera is rated to 4,000m with a sapphire window. The titanium housing is offered with a choice of subsea connectors and wiring configurations.
The initial camera set up is easily managed via the supplied Bluetooth Android controller. The operational functions offered with this feature-packed camera can be controlled by a single wire/tristate or via the Bowtech camera control software supplied with the camera. A user selectable RS-232/RS-485 coms interface is available for connecting to either a laptop or PC.
