Slocum Glider Service Requests
To request an RMA for repair of a Slocum Glider Product, please click on the link in the hightlight above to the Slocum Glider RMA Request Form. Complete all information in the form and press submit. You will receive an automated confirmation that your form has been received and we will be back in touch with-in 1-2 business days to issue you a RMA number and provide shipping instructions. Please do not ship any goods until you have received the RMA number and please mark the shipment clearly with the provided RMA number. Requests for expedited service (less than 4 weeks) are subject to an expedite fee equal to 10% of the repair cost.
Please note the following standard turnaround times:
- Aft Section Repairs: 11 weeks
- Forward Section Repairs: 11 weeks
- Payload Bay Service: 16 weeks
- Component repairs: 11-16 weeks depending on the component type
- Full glider repairs: 14 weeks
